Adform can perform a full range of consulting and managed services for programmatic and direct advertising. As part of this service, you can outsource tasks to have Adform handle any (or all) tasks from the planning stage to creating reports. Adform, through the Creative Production team, offers end-to-end creative solutions for everything banner-related. You define the level of outsourcing against performing tasks in house in collaboration with your account manager.

  • Effectively use your own resources.

  • Avoid costly advertising mistakes.

Services for SSP and Publisher Ad Server

Adform can perform various activities related to Sell-Side platform management when you have insufficient capacity or knowledge. If you are interested in getting such a service, contact your dedicated Adform representative. The Managed Services team can prepare a custom offer based on your needs.


Sell-side tasks are not included in the default Managed Services contract or offered proactively. There is no official pricing or billing workflow for this service. However, the Managed Services team can provide such service at an additional cost.

Possible services include:

  • Create campaign shells.

  • Create line items.

  • Create out-stream passback code.

  • Create publishers and placements.

  • Generate UI reports.

  • Generate and schedule reports for clients.

  • Manage deals.

  • Manage users.

  • Provide banners to use in campaigns.

  • Review of Adform CMP code implementation.

  • Define supported media for placements.

  • Review creative media.

  • Troubleshoot the Adform SSP configuration in a Header Bidding setup.

  • Update live banners by re-publishing after changes.

  • Update passbacks.

  • Update trackers for line items.

  • Upload or create creative media and assign URLs.

The most convenient way to bill clients is by developing a fee based on an estimated number of hours required each month. The account manager issues an invoice on a monthly basis.

Adform Creative Production

The Creative Production team offers production and design services by creating sophisticated Standard, Rich-Media, DCO solutions. Also, the team provides high-quality in-depth consultations for clients and colleagues.


Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) solutions include dynamic ads, banners with product retargeting, and hybrid banners. (Hybrid banners combine dynamic ads and product retargeting to offer different banner versions for specific product groups.)

  • Creative media: End-to-end production on creative ideas from storyboard to design and then implementation; help with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and dynamic ad setups.

  • Creative solutions: Assistance in selecting solutions based on best practices, your clients’ goals, available technical limitations, and budget.

  • Training: Education for clients or creative agencies on building creative solutions.

Production Workflow

The Creative Production team uses this workflow:

  1. Once you have a creative idea, storyboard, banner format, or ad functionality in mind, send a request describing your vision to The team starts the process for you to realize your concepts in a timely and qualitative manner.

  2. The Creative Production project manager makes sure to gather all the needed information in the pre-production phase and present possible implementations as well as the production timeline for the first preview.

  3. The account manager or platform solutions consultant (PSC) provides a quote for the project's implementation and legal documents to sign.

  4. The team shares the first preview as indicated in the quoted timeline in step 2.

  5. The Creative Production team can do two rounds of free adjustments before an extra charge occurs. During the adjustment period, discuss banner details, copy, CTA texts, animation settings, imagery, and so on.


    The banner format or key functionalities are agreed prior to the start of production in the mock-up phase. Therefore, any additional changes to the format incur extra costs. The campaign launch date is taken into account while adjusting the banner.

  6. (Optional) Once the banner is signed off, the team can test banners in the publisher’s test page. (Some banners require additional adjustments due to issues with placement in the publishers page.)

  7. The Production team manages QA testing to ensure that any banners run properly in various environments.

  8. The team uploads the banners to your selected campaign. If needed, the project manager demonstrates banner functionalities.

Get Started with Managed Services

The Adform managed service scope and pricing is usually included in your contract under terms and conditions. If not, reach out to your Adform representative. There must be an agreement between the account manager, the Managed Services Team, and you as the client.
