You can upload audiences built on other platforms to Adform. You can use an uploaded audience for campaign targeting, website personalization, or Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) in the Adform buy-side or sell-side platform.

To import data from external platforms:

  1. Contact DMP Support (audiencebase@adform.com) to activate the platform within your DMP account.

    Note

You can activate only one integration per DMP account.

  2. Create the audiences in your Adform DMP account to retrieve the data from the external data platform.

    Important

The Owner ID must be identical to the one on the external data platform.

  3. Prepare the setup on the external platform side. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to that platform's representative.

  4. You can use the Size report to check when your audiences are populated and ready to use.
