You can use targeting rules to set up pricing for specific schedule slots or for each publisher, advertiser, placement, and deal available within your inventory. To do so, you must first create targeting rules and define the specific publishers, advertisers, placements, deals, schedules, or a combination of them. Then, you can apply pricing for these targeting setup rules.
Tip
For more information about targeting rules, see Set Up Targeting Rules.
After you've set up your inventory and, if needed, set up deals, you need to create targeting rules and apply pricing for them. By combining targeting rules with pricing rules, you can control floor prices for your inventory in open auctions and real-time bidding (RTB). You can also set custom prices for specific deals.
With Targeting Rules API, you first create targeting rules that define the publishers, advertisers, placements, deals, and scheduling. Then you can apply pricing to those targeting rules.
