Adform can perform a full range of consulting and managed services for programmatic and direct advertising. As part of this service, you can outsource tasks to have Adform handle any (or all) tasks from the planning stage to creating reports. Adform, through the Creative Production team, offers end-to-end creative solutions for everything banner-related. You define the level of outsourcing against performing tasks in house in collaboration with your account manager.

Work with industry experts to benefit from the experience, industry relationships, analytical tools, and knowledge of best practices that the Adform Managed Services teams provide. By using Managed Services, you:

  • Effectively use your own resources.

  • Avoid costly advertising mistakes.

Services for DSP and Ad Server

Ad Server

Campaign

  • Implementing media plans in Adform.

  • Providing digital ad specifications to creative agencies and assistance, if needed.

  • Obtaining feedback about campaign issues during campaign periods and informing relevant parties about any issues.

Banner

  • Uploading creative media in Adform.

  • Creative testing (according to Adform's specifications).

  • Sending material and tags to media.

  • Changing banners for digital ads.

Site Tracking

  • Creating tracking points in Adform.

  • Dispatching tracking points and controlling implementation on an advertiser’s website.

  • Contacting media sites during implementation of materials, if needed.

  • Upon special agreement with Adform, checking whether tracking points are implemented before a campaign's start date. (For information, see Site Tracking.)

DSP

Campaign

  • Creating campaign strategies to target groups (audiences) and providing campaign suggestions according to the client’s instructions and a provided media plan.

  • Setting up campaigns (such as creating activities, testing banners, and creating tags).

  • Approving creative media (including checking rejected tags).

  • Following up and optimizing campaigns based on actual campaign results on an agreed schedule with the client.

  • Proactively optimizing for campaign goals in collaboration with the client.

Reporting

  • Suggesting standard reports.

  • Developing custom reports.

  • Setting up scheduling for standard reports.

Briefing Templates

To work effectively with you, Adform has standard briefing templates to ensure efficient and clear communication between Adform's clients, platform solutions, and the Managed Services team. Using briefing templates provides a structure to the campaign details, which prevents errors and the loss of information.

The available briefing templates include:

Services for SSP and Publisher Ad Server

Adform can perform various activities related to Sell-Side platform management when you have insufficient capacity or knowledge. If you are interested in getting such a service, contact your dedicated Adform representative. The Managed Services team can prepare a custom offer based on your needs.

Note

Sell-side tasks are not included in the default Managed Services contract or offered proactively. There is no official pricing or billing workflow for this service. However, the Managed Services team can provide such service at an additional cost.

Possible services include:

  • Create campaign shells.

  • Create line items.

  • Create out-stream passback code.

  • Create publishers and placements.

  • Generate UI reports.

  • Generate and schedule reports for clients.

  • Manage deals.

  • Manage users.

  • Provide banners to use in campaigns.

  • Review of Adform CMP code implementation.

  • Define supported media for placements.

  • Review creative media.

  • Troubleshoot the Adform SSP configuration in a Header Bidding setup.

  • Update live banners by re-publishing after changes.

  • Update passbacks.

  • Update trackers for line items.

  • Upload or create creative media and assign URLs.

The most convenient way to bill clients is by developing a fee based on an estimated number of hours required each month. The account manager issues an invoice on a monthly basis.

Services for Data Management Platform (DMP)

Adform can perform various activities related to DMP management when you have insufficient capacity or knowledge. If you are interested in getting such a service, contact your dedicated Adform representative. The Managed Services team can prepare a custom offer based on your needs.

Note

DMP tasks are not included in the default Managed Services contract or offered proactively. There is no official pricing or billing workflow for this service. However, the Managed Services team can provide such service at an additional cost.

Possible services include:

  • Create custom Audience Builder segments.

  • Create user profiles and grant module access.

  • Manage audience extension settings (such as ID Fusion or Lookalike settings).

  • Manage data exports to third-party platforms.

  • Manage data provider permissions.

  • Upload or download user IDs (cookies, MAIDs, or others) through the Adform interface.

  • Consult about how to optimize your account limits and thresholds.

  • Provide training about DMP best practices.

Services for Site Tracking

If you use Adform Programmatic Managed Service, the team, free of charge, can set up the site tracking required for running campaigns.

Self-service clients can have Adform perform various activities related to site-tracking solutions if you have insufficient capacity or knowledge. If you are interested in such services, contact your dedicated Adform representative. The Managed Services team can prepare a custom offer based on your needs.

Note

If you don't use DSP Managed Service, site-tracking tasks are not included in the default Managed Services contract or offered proactively. There is no official pricing or billing workflow for this service. However, the Managed Services team can provide such service at an additional cost.

Get Started with Managed Services

The Adform managed service scope and pricing is usually included in your contract under terms and conditions. If not, reach out to your Adform representative. There must be an agreement between the account manager, the Managed Services Team, and you as the client.
