Responsive banners automatically adjust the size, format, and appearance to fit the available ad space. In Adform Studio, you can make your banner fully responsive by making sure that all banner components adhere to a specific position when banner size changes.

To make the banner responsive:

  1. In the left sidebar, in the Banner Settings, go to Dimensions section.

  2. Select Responsive Width and Responsive Height checkboxes.

Once you select the checkboxes, the banner is made responsive. Test the banner by dragging the height and width lines in the dashboard.

Adjust Component's Position

Make sure that all banner components adhere to a specific position when banner size changes.

To edit component's position:

  1. In the workspace, click the banner's component to open the component's settings panel.

  2. In the component's settings panel, go to Size & Position section.

  3. To define component's orientation, use the positioning grid. Select a panel in the grid to position a component in the banner.

  4. To define how an image or object will be displayed with different ad dimensions, select the Scale Mode checkbox. In the dropdown list, select an option:

    • Fill mode lets the component be bigger or smaller than the banner size while maintaining original proportions.

    • Fit mode lets the component be smaller or bigger within the banner size while maintaining original proportions.

    • Limit mode lets the component be smaller or original size while maintaining original proportions.

    • Banner Width mode lets the component adapt its size based on the banner width while maintaining original proportions.

    • Banner Height mode lets the component adapt its size based on the banner height while maintaining original proportions.

  5. Click Save.
