Adform Studio provides a way to group your banners into projects. You may want to group banners if you are creating several banners for the same campaign or if you want to try out different versions of the same banner.

Note

To use projects in Adform Studio, you must be logged in (either using Adform platform or GitHub credentials).

Adform Studio organizes projects into three categories, which appear in the left sidebar:

  • Active: Contains projects that you have recently edited.

  • Sandbox: Contains created banners that you have worked on but didn't assign to any project.

  • Archived: Contains archived projects.

Create a Project

To start a new project:

  1. In the top-left corner of the page, click New > Project.

  2. Enter a Title for your project.

  3. Enter a Description of your project. (optional)

This is for your own convenience or for collaborating with others.

  4. Click Save.

Add Banners to the Project

You can add banners to your project in three different ways.

Add Banners from a Project Page

  1. In the left sidebar, click Active Projects.

  2. Click the project.

  3. In the top-left corner of the page, click New > Banner.

  4. Click any banner template in the list.

Adform Studio adds the selected banner to your project.

Add Banners From Templates Page

  2. Click the banner template to use.

  3. in the top-right corner of the page, click more30x30.png > Assign to project.

  4. Select the project for this banner from the dropdown list.

  5. Click Assign to Project.

Adform Studio adds the banner to the selected project.

Upload a Banner to a Project

  1. In the left sidebar, click Active Projects.

  2. Click the project.

  3. Drag the banner file to the window, or click Upload_studio.png and select the banner file on your computer.

Archive a Project

You can archive the project if you no longer work with it, but you might need it in later.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Active Projects.

  2. Hover over a project and click archive_studio.png.

Adform Studio moves the project to the Archived category.

To work on the project again, you restore it:

  1. In the left sidebar, click Archive.

  2. Hover over a project and click Restore_studio.png

Adform Studio moves the project to the Active category.

Delete a Project

If you no longer need the project and you know that you won't need it in the future, you can delete it without the possibility to restore it.

  1. In the left sidebar, click Active Projects .

  2. Hover over a project and click delete_studio.png.

  3. To completely delete the project and its banners, click Delete project and banner inside.

    Note

Deleting the banners in Adform Studio doesn't affect the banners uploaded to Adform platform.

To delete the project but not the banners, click Delete only project. (Adform Studio only deletes the project and moves the banners to the Sandbox category.)
